(a) Motor vehicles (other than trucks, trailers or commercial vehicles) may be parked without charge on any village parking lot for a continuous period not to exceed twenty four (24) hours. (Ord. 0-71-32, § 21A.02)
(b) No vehicle shall be parked in any village parking lot listed in section 22-129 of this chapter, between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., except for vehicles whose operators have been given permission to do so by the police department or village manager.
(c) No vehicle shall be parked in lot 1 or lot 3, or along Jewett Park Drive from Waukegan Road to the entrance driveway of lot 1, on days other than Saturday, Sunday or village holidays for a period in excess of three (3) hours between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M., except for vehicles operated by employees of the village, the village library and West Deerfield Township. Said employees shall be issued appropriate stickers by the village manager.
(d) No vehicle shall be parked in lot 4 for a period in excess of three (3) hours. (Ord. 0-89-25, 6-5-1989)
(e) No vehicle shall be parked in lot 2 on days other than Saturday, Sunday and village holidays for a period in excess of three (3) hours between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. Employees and staff members of Christ United Methodist Church of Deerfield may obtain parking stickers from the office of the village manager enabling said persons to park in lot 2 absent the foregoing restrictions. (f) No vehicle shall be parked in lot 16 or lot 17, on days other than Saturday, Sunday or village holidays between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) A.M. and eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M., except for vehicles operated by employees of the village, employees of the business establishments located at 8031/2 and 817 Deerfield Road and 758 Robert York Avenue and the residents of 803 Deerfield Road.
