For the purposes of this article, certain terms used herein are defined as follows:
Stall: A parking space for a single vehicle, the boundaries of which are indicated by lines or boundaries marked in any village parking lot.
Village Parking Lot: Any off street parking lot owned or leased by the village and set aside for parking of vehicles, including the following:
(a) Lot 1: Located to the rear of the village hall.
(b) Lot 2: Located on the northwest corner of Rosemary Terrace and Deerfield Road.
(c) Lot 3: Located on the north side of the village library.
(d) Lot 4: Located north of Deerfield Road east of the Illinois Bell Telephone property and south of Jewett Park Drive.
(e) Lot 5: Located on the east and west sides of Robert York Avenue north of Deerfield Road and south of Jewett Park Drive.
(f) Lot 6: Located on the southeast corner of Jewett Park Drive and Park Avenue.
(g) Lot 7: Located on the east side of Park Avenue north of Jewett Park Drive and south of Hazel Avenue.
(h) Lot 8: Located on the west side of Park Avenue north of Jewett Park Drive and south of Hazel Avenue.
(i) Lot 9: Located on the east side of Elm Street north of Central Avenue and south of Osterman Avenue.
(j) Lot 10: Located on the east side of Elm Street north of Osterman Avenue and south of Sunset Court.
(k) Lot 11: Located on the south side of Deerfield Road west of the right of way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul And Pacific Railroad and north of Sunset Court.
(l) Lot 12: Located on the circular drive area lying directly west of the Milwaukee Road railroad depot.
(m) Lot 13: Located north of lot 12 west of the railroad tracks, east of Chestnut Street and south of lot 14.
(n) Lot 14: Located on the east side of Chestnut Street south of Hazel Avenue and north of the entrance driveway to lot 13.
(o) Lot 15: Located on the east side of Chestnut Street north of Greenwood Avenue and south of Davis Avenue.
(p) Lot 16: Located south of Deerfield Road and to the north of Deerfield Commons.
(q) Lot 17: Located west of Robert York Avenue between Deerfield Road and Osterman Avenue.
Village Vehicle License: A current license issued for a motor vehicle under the provisions of article 17 of this chapter. (Ord. 0-71-21 § 21A.01; amd. Ord. 0-89-25, 6-5-1989; Ord. 0-92-57, 12-7-1992)
