(A) On and after January 1, 1997, the County Recorder shall charge a supplemental fee in the amount of $3 for recording any document. This fee is to be paid at the time of recording in addition to other fees provided by law.
(B) The supplemental recording fee shall be deposited in the Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund for use as authorized by I.C. 36-2-7-10.

(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF EACH PARCEL. Each separate parcel in a deed to which a tax identification number is assigned.
REAL PROPERTY ENDORSEMENT. The notation, “duly entered for taxation subject to final acceptance for transfer”, “not taxable” or “duly entered for taxation” or any similar phrase required by I.C. 36-2-11-14 or any amendments thereto.
(B) The County Auditor is authorized to collect a fee of $5 for each legal description of each parcel contained in a deed for which the Auditor makes a real property endorsement.
(C) Revenue received under this section shall be deposited in a dedicated fund for use in maintaining plat books.

(A) It is in the best interest of the citizens of Decatur County to provide necessary funding for Decatur County and the governmental purposes of Decatur County.
(B) The Indiana legislature has provided that a county fiscal body, by ordinance, may impose a local service fee to offset the loss of tax revenue from personal property taxes of less than $20,000 in total business personal property.
(C) The Decatur County Council hereby ordains pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-3-7.3 that a local service fee shall be imposed upon any taxpayer or person who, pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-3-7.2, files the necessary forms on exempt business property in an amount less than $20,000 from taxation.
(D) In addition to division 3 above, a local service fee shall be imposed upon all heritage barns, as defined by I.C. 6-1.1-12-26.2. That the local service fee imposed by this section shall be in the amount of $50.
(E) The local service fee imposed by this section is due and payable on the same date as property taxes for that assessment date are due pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-3-7.2.
(F) The Treasurer of Decatur County is hereby authorized to collect the service fee provided in this section and/or a delinquent local service fee in the same manner as delinquent property taxes.
(G) All revenue from the local service fee imposed herein shall be allocated in the same manner and proportion and at the same time as property taxes are allocated to each taxing unit in the county and may be used by a taxing unit for any lawful purpose of the taxing unit.

(A) Effective as of 8:00 a.m. on January 1, 2018 a fee of $10 shall be charged by the County Treasurer for each mobile home moving permit and transfer of title or a combination fee of $15 for both issued at the same time by the Treasurer.
(B) The County Treasurer shall post the fee set forth in this section in a prominent place within the Treasurer's Office where the fee schedule is readily accessible to the public.
(C) Such fee shall be paid at, or prior to, the time of the request in cash or by check or money order made payable and delivered to the County Treasurer. The sum of each such fee collected shall be deposited in the Decatur County General Fund.

(A) The Sheriff’s Office shall charge the sum of $12 per accident report, incident reports and calls for service.
(B) The Sheriff’s Office shall deposit all fees from said reports and calls for service into the Accident Report Fund.
(C) The Sheriff is authorized to spend all fees from said reports and calls for service for expenses incurred by the County Sheriff’s Department.
(D) These expenditures shall not require a budget appropriation.
(E) The Sheriff shall file claims for said fees in the same manner as for all other county funds for said expenditures.
