(A) The amount of $125 is hereby established as an administrative fee to be charged by the County Sheriff in mortgage foreclosure proceedings, which shall be in addition to the statutory fees set by I.C. 32-29-7-3(d) for service of notice of the sale upon owners of real estate.
(B) This fee is payable by the person seeking to enforce the judgment and decree, is due at the time of filing of the praecipe, and shall be deposited in the County General Fund for appropriation for operating expenses of the Sheriff’s Department.
(C) This section shall apply to all foreclosure sales for which a praecipe is filed after December 31, 2005.
