§ 70.02  SPEED LIMITS IN WORKSITE AREAS.
   (A)   The “vicinity of a worksite” includes the area for 1,500 feet in each direction from a work crew on any county road.
   (B)   A person may not drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of 35 mph in the vicinity of a worksite.
   (C)   The County Highway Superintendent shall cause signs to be posted in the vicinity of any worksite, stating the maximum speed limit.
   (D)   A person who violates this section commits a Class C infraction.
