§ 70.03  OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ON COUNTY ROADS.
   (A)   Off-road vehicles as defined in I.C. 14-8-2-185 may be operated on the county highway system in the county.
   (B)   This section affects only the roads in the county highway system, having no effect in the city of Greensburg or the Towns of Milford, Millhousen, New Point, St. Paul or Westport.
   (C)   All restrictions set by state law in the motor vehicle code and in I.C. 14-16-1-1 et seq. shall apply to off-road vehicles, their owners and operators.
