§ 70.02 APPLICATION TO COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY.

   (A)   This chapter shall apply to any county owned parking lot which has the following described sign prominently displayed. Each county owned parking lot to which this chapter applies shall have one or more signs prominently located at the entrance to the parking lot. The County Manager shall determine at which lots the sign shall be posted. The sign shall substantially state in words or letters:

      PARKING IN THIS LOT IS LIMITED TO TWO HOURS WHILE TRANSACTING BUSINESS WITH THE COUNTY. ALL VEHICLES PARKED LONGER THAN TWO HOURS WITHOUT PERMIT SHALL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. THIS SIGN POSTED BY ORDER OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

   (B)   This chapter, except for §§ 70.04, 70.06, 70.08 and 70.10, shall also apply to any county owned parking lot or parking deck which does not have such a sign posted.

   (C)   This chapter shall also apply to all county property in regard to abandoned vehicles.
