On any day when court personnel or other authorized personnel shall need a permit for longer than two hours or for longer than one day, the court bailiff shall obtain in advance the necessary permit for each judge, court reporter or other authorized personnel. If the judge, court reporter,, or other authorized person will need the permit longer than one day, the permit may be retained until the last day of need. At that time, the permittee shall return the permit to the bailiff. It shall be unlawful for any person who is not properly authorized for such permit to obtain a permit to park for more than two hours on one day or a permit to park for more than one consecutive day.
