Permits shall be of a type to hang from the rearview mirror and shall be hung from the mirror in plain view. If the vehicle does not have a rear view mirror, the permit shall be placed in plain view on the dash or in the front of the vehicle in order that an enforcement officer can see the permit. Any vehicle in or on which the permit is not displayed in plain view shall be removed as specified in § 70.12 below. Permits shall be for county employees, court personnel or other persons who must have parking for longer than two hours on one or more days.
