The County Manager shall designate parking spaces for members of the public transacting business in a nearby county building or office, and for county employees, court personnel, law enforcement personnel and other authorized personnel. The County Manager shall designate parking spaces for court personnel and other authorized persons and spaces for permit parking only. County employees, court personnel, law enforcement personnel or other authorized personnel may be issued a permit for permissive parking. The County Manager shall designate spaces for handicap parking, but those persons and vehicles shall be subject to this chapter. A vehicle with a permit shall not be permitted to park in a space designated for public use. A vehicle without a permit shall not be permitted to park in a space designated for permit parking only.
