§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person operating a vehicle in violation of § 92.07 shall be guilty of a violation and be fined in the amount of $20 for the first 10 miles per hour in excess of the speed limit and an additional $1 for each mile per hour in excess of the speed limit after the initial excess of 10 miles per hour. The person shall have 72 hours to appear at the Town Hall and pay the fine as shall be designated on the notice of violation. If this fine is not paid within the designated time, the notice of violation shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for collection of the designated fine. If this action is taken, the violator shall also become liable for any court costs and/or attorney fees which the town must expend in the collection of this fine.

   (B)   The owner or operator of any vehicle found to be in violation of § 92.08 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $5; further that, upon proper posting, vehicles found to be in violation of the no parking zone designated in § 92.08 after the passage of 2 hours from the time the first notice of violation was prepared and left with the vehicle may be forthwith towed to a place of storage without further notice to the owner or operator thereof and the owner or operator of the vehicle shall be solely and exclusively liable for the costs of the towing and storage. The owner or operator of any vehicle found to be in violation of § 92.08 shall have 72 hours from the time the notice is written and left with the vehicle to appear at the Town Hall and pay the fine. If this fine is not paid within the designated time, the notice of violation shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for collection of the designated fine. If this action is taken, the owner or operator of the vehicle shall also become liable for any court costs and/or attorney fees which the town must expend in the collection of this fine.

   (C)   Any other violation of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be punished as set out in § 10.99.
   (D)   If any person shall violate any provision or requirement of this §§ 92.25 through 92.28, such person shall be fined a sum up to $100 for each such violation. Each separate day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
