(A) No vehicle, whether motorized or non-motorized, shall be parked upon the traveled portion of the east side of Madison Street from its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with Indiana State Highway No. 47.
(B) No tractor-trailer or tractor, without a trailer, shall be parked on any street boundaries city limits north, south, east and west.
(C) No vehicle, whether motorized or non-motorized, shall be parked upon the traveled portion of the south side of Main Street from the intersection of Madison to the intersection of School Street, except on Sunday.
(D) No vehicle whether operable or inoperable shall be allowed to park on any paved street while leaking any type of fluid from any part of the vehicle. The vehicle owner shall have 72 hours from the time of the notice to have said vehicle repaired so no leakage occurs.
