The effect of passage of this subchapter will not be to require property owners within the town to put in place, at their expense, any particular sidewalk or streetscape improvements, other than those improvements associated with the existing requirement to repair and replace the sidewalk and curbing in front of that owner’s property per the specifications of this subchapter.
