(A) Except as provided hereinbelow, all retail and wholesale commercial facilities, sales facilities, service businesses, manufacturing facilities and all other businesses shall pay the following annual license fee based on the square footage of the premises as determined by the city's building department or through other reasonable means:

(B) Businesses set forth hereinbelow shall pay the following license fees. Except when specifically referenced, license term shall be one year. Licenses marked with an asterisk shall be required of a business even though the business may be the holder of one or more other city licenses.
