The license fee for peddling and commercial soliciting shall be forty dollars ($40.00). Said license fee shall be paid prior to the issuance of any license. Each license shall be valid for no more than thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. The license fee shall be waived for persons engaged in noncommercial soliciting or solicitation for charitable purposes. (Ord. 0-26-94, 7-18-1994)
