1442.18 BUILDING STANDARDS ASSESSMENT FUND.

There is hereby established a fund to be designated the Building Standards Assessment Fund. All assessments collected pursuant to Section 1442.17 shall be deposited in said fund, pending remittance to the State of Ohio.
