The Building Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed, commencing July 5, 1993, to collect and remit on behalf of the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards an assessment on all permits and plans examinations under Section 1442.16 in the amount required by Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-1-50.
