(a) Use of the pavilions at Bacci Park shall be by permit only, obtainable at the Village Hall. Permits will be issued to Village residents, Village businesses, and Village organizations only, according to rules set forth by the Mayor's office. Permits shall be issued on a first come basis. However, no more than two permits shall not be issued to any applicant without separate approval of the Mayor to ensure fair opportunity for use of the pavilions by other eligible permit seekers.
(b) A permit for the use of a baseball pavilion at Bacci Park may also reserve the use of the adjacent baseball field, if available, according to the rules set forth in Section 1076.03.
(c) There shall be a refundable deposit of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) payable at the time the permit is obtained. The deposit shall be refunded, conditioned upon the fact that the grounds and associated facilities are left in a neat and clean condition after use.
(d) Use of all pavilions will be subject to the rules listed in Section 1076.02. Tents are not permitted in the Park. Picnics, or other events or gatherings, shall be limited to fifty persons per pavilion.
(e) Excess trash from a private picnic, which exceeds the space in a trash can, must be bagged and tied and placed in the dumpster by the Service Department or removed from the Park by the patron.
(f) Pavilions must be cleaned and all picnic tables returned to their original positions in the pavilion.
(g) The permit holder must be at the pavilion with the permit during use and must present the permit upon request to the Police Department and other Village officials or representatives.
