1076.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The following rules and regulations shall apply to the use of Bacci Park and generally to all other Village parks, trails and recreation areas, unless otherwise specified in the ordinances of the Village:
   (a)   Use of the baseball fields shall be by residents, Cuyahoga Heights School teams, Village baseball programs and Village company teams only and shall require a permit obtainable according to Section 1076.03.
   (b)   Cuyahoga Heights School teams, Village baseball teams and Village company teams shall be exempt from fees and deposits at all times.
   (c)   Use of the baseball fields and/or baseball pavilions on the weekends for private use shall require a deposit and shall be used by residents only according to Sections 1076.03 and 1076.06.
   (d)   Gas grills or open burning on the grounds are not permitted anywhere in the park. Existing Village charcoal grills may be used by patrons supplying their own charcoal. Wood burning is not permitted in the grills. Wood burning will be permitted only in the fireplace of the Ice Skating Pavilion.
   (e)   No person who is the owner or has charge of any animal shall allow the animal to run at large without being secured by a leash or shall fail to remove, in a sanitary manner with proper disposal, any and all feces from the animal. Any person who violates this division (e) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A second violation of this division (e) within one year shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (f)   Use of any facility in the park is at one's own risk. The Village is not responsible for any accident or injury which occurs. Emergency phones will be available for assistance from the Village Police and Fire Departments.
   (g)   No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park at any time.
   (h)   No parking anywhere on the lawns will be permitted.
   (i)   The park will open at 9:00 a.m. daily and close at dusk, which includes the use of all parking lots.
