1076.04 USE OF POND AND SKATING PAVILION.

   (a)   Ice skating on the pond at Bacci Park is permitted only when the sign at the pond is posted “OPEN”. The Service Director shall regulate this sign.

   (b)   Ice skating will be at one's own risk. An adult must accompany young children.

   (c)   Wood burning will be permitted only in the fireplace at the Ice Skating Pavilion.

   (d)   Swimming is not permitted at any time in the pond.

   (e)   Fishing in the pond will only be allowed in the summer months, during park hours, and by permit obtained from the Village. Permits shall only be issued to the Village residents holding a valid State of Ohio Fishing License. The fee for the Village permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00) and shall be valid for summer. No ice fishing is permitted. No boats or canoes are permitted.

   (f)   Use of the Ice Skating Pavilion shall be subject to the permit and other requirements of Section 1076.06 and subject to the regulations of Section 1076.02.
