(a) In addition to regular salaries and compensation, the following employees shall be furnished, at Village expense, with a general health insurance benefit plan package as shall be determined by Council from time to time:
(1) The Mayor;
(2) The Village Clerk, but only until December 31, 2022;
(3) Full-time members of the Police and Fire Departments;
(4) Full-time Police Clerk/Dispatchers and the Administrative Assistant to the Chief and Police Services;
(5) The Administrative Assistant to the Mayor;
(6) The Administrative Accounting Assistant;
(7) The Chief Fiscal Officer;
(8) Full-time members of the Service Department;
(9) Part-time police dispatchers hired prior to May 11, 2005; and
(10) Administrative Assistant to Village Hall.
(b) All Village employees listed in division (a) of this section, who participate in the Village hospitalization insurance program shall pay 5% of the total monthly health insurance premium and be provided a health savings account (HSA) available to individual employees and their eligible family members under the same terms and conditions as those set forth in the collective bargaining agreements between the Village and its collective bargaining units.
