242.26 POLICE OFFICER ATTENDANCE AT SPECIAL EVENTS AT COMMERCIAL FACILITIES.
   Any person operating a commercial facility attended by more than 100 person at which alcohol is served shall be required to contract with the Police Department and pay for a uniformed police officer to provide security at such event. The Mayor, in conjunction with the Chief of Police be and hereby is authorized and directed to provide rules to implement this section.
