EDITOR'S NOTE: The Village provides by ordinance for the employment of an engineer or firm of engineers, designated the Village Engineer or just the Engineer, for a stipulated period. These ordinances provide for the services to be rendered by such person or persons and the compensation to be paid by the Village therefor. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained from the Village Clerk.
