All full-time hourly members of the Police Department, including the Clerk/Dispatchers, who work shifts, shall receive an additional amount of compensation, payable for the pay period earned of fifty cents($0.50)
per hour for the second shift and one dollar ($1.00) per hour for the third shift. The part-time Clerk/Dispatcher's compensation shall be pro-rated, based on a thirty-two hour work week.
