242.17 POLICE OFFICERS ON SPECIAL DUTY.
   When request is made for special services of police officers by private persons or social or business organizations within the Village, the Mayor may allow such services to be performed if such personnel are available and if such services do not interfere with the regular public duties of such personnel. The personnel rendering the services requested shall be paid directly by the persons or organizations who receive such services on such terms as may be agreed upon. Such payments shall not be regarded as salary or entered upon the Village payroll.
