242.15 PROCEDURES RE MISCONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE.
   An internal procedure for the submission of complaints relating to Police Department misconduct and discipline shall be drafted by the Police Chief, in cooperation with all other members of the Police Department, and submitted to Council for approval. This procedure shall be made part of the Rules and Regulations of the Police Department and shall be reviewed at least every two years.
