160.01 CREATION.

By virtue of the general laws of the State and Article 3, Section 10, entitled Boards and commissions of the City Charter, Council hereby creates and vests in the Mayor the authority to appoint members of the American with Disabilities Act Advisory Committee for the City, which body shall be a permanent and perpetual Board of the City and whose members shall be duly qualified and sworn in.
