159.01 CREATION.

By virtue of the general laws of the State and Article III, Section 10 of the City Charter entitled Boards and Commissions, Council hereby creates and vests in the Mayor the authority to appoint members of the Citizen Housing Advisory Board for the City, which body shall be a permanent and perpetual board of the City and whose members shall be duly qualified and sworn in.
