151.08 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
(a) All department directors and employees holding the positions listed below are hereby required to be residents of the City of Cuyahoga Falls. All persons appointed as department directors or to the positions below who are not residents at the time of their appointment shall have ninety days after their appointment to become residents. The Mayor may extend the ninety day requirement providing extenuating circumstances exist.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with subsection (a) hereof shall forfeit such appointment.
(c) Such residency requirement shall be effective as of the effective date of this ordinance. Non-resident employees holding the positions listed above on the effective date of this ordinance shall not be required to reside in the City until they move from the residences in which they reside as of the effective date of this section.
