Compensation and Classification Plan

   EDITOR'S NOTE: Council annually enacts a classification plan for all City employees which includes a schedule of pay grades and ranges for various jobs, offices and positions within the City government, and establishes rules for the administration of such schedule. Such plan is not codified since it is subject to frequent change.
