151.03 JURY DUTY.

   Full-time, permanent employees who are compelled to be absent from work resulting from service on a bona fide jury shall upon approval by their department or division head, receive full pay during the period of such jury duty; provided, however, that a deduction may be made to the extent of any sums such employee may receive for such jury service.
