142.01 CREATION.

By virtue of the general laws of the State and Article 3, Section 10 entitled Boards and Commissions of the City Charter, Council hereby creates the Land Preservation Commission for the City, which body shall be a permanent and perpetual Commission of the City and whose members shall be duly qualified and sworn in.
