926.03 APPEALS.

   (a)   Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Hardship Committee may file an appeal therefrom to City Council, which shall hear the appeal and render a decision within sixty (60) from the date the Clerk of Council receives the notice of appeal.

   (b)   Any person aggrieved by any decision of City Council upon appeal may file an administrative appeal as provided in Chapter 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code or any successor thereto.
