   907.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 907.02 above shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever disobeys a stop work order contrary to Section 907.03 above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day of continued disobedience of a stop work order shall be deemed a separate offense.
