157.01 CREATION.

By virtue of the general laws of the State and Article 3, Section 10 entitled Boards and Commissions of the City Charter, Council hereby creates and vests in the Mayor the authority to appoint members of the City Tree Board for the City, which body shall be a permanent and perpetual Board of the City and whose members shall be duly qualified and sworn in.
