1357.03 BATHROOMS.

Every dwelling unit shall contain a bathroom affording privacy and equipped with a bathtub or shower in good working condition and properly connected to a water and sewer system in an approved manner. If a City-owned sewer system is made available, connections shall be made within ninety days. The room mentioned in this section and Section 1357.02 may be the same room.
