1357.02 WATER CLOSET; LAVATORY.

Within every dwelling unit there shall be a room affording privacy and equipped with a flush water closet and lavatory basin in good working condition and properly connected to a water and sewer system in an approved manner. If a City-owned sewer system is made available, connections shall be made within ninety days.
