1319.07 APPEALS.

   A registrant who receives a notice of violation pursuant to Section 1319.06 and whose certificate of registration is in jeopardy of being revoked may appeal the revocation to the Board of Building Appeals by written notice to the Board within seven days of the date of the revocation notice. Within thirty (30) days of the notice of appeal, the Board of Building Appeals shall hold a public hearing upon such appeal, at which the registrant may be represented by counsel. The appellant and the Chief Building Official may summon and examine witnesses and introduce competent testimony pertaining to the reason for the revocation.
