1319.06 NOTICES OF VIOLATION.

Written notice of any event which is cause for revocation of any certificate shall be given to the registrant. The notice shall describe the violation, if applicable, and the date set for revocation of the certificate. The registrant shall remedy the violation or cause it to be corrected pursuant to Section 1319.05 . Failure to comply with the orders of the Chief Building Official shall result in the revocation of the registrant's certificate or prosecution for violation or both.
