1311.01 GENERAL REGULATIONS.

   (a)    OBBC means the Ohio Basic Building Code. OBOA means the Ohio Building Officials Building Code.

   (b)    No person, firm or corporation shall engage in or work at the business of elec trical wiring, warm air heating, air conditioning, plumbing, sewer tapping, sewer cleaning or any other work for which a license is provided for herein, or display advertising of the above without first receiving the required license.

   (c)    Public service agencies, gas, water, electric, railway, bus, transportation, radio, television and other similar utilities shall not be required to be licensed or to pay license fees or be required to secure a permit, provided the work to be performed will be used in the rendering of public service.
