(a) "OBBC" means the Ohio Basic Building Code.
(b) "Occupancy" means the purpose for which a building or structure is used or in tended to be used.
(c) "Owner" means and includes the owner of the freehold of the premises or lesser estate therein, a mortgagee or vendee possession, assignee of rents, receiver, executor, trustee, lessee or other person, firm, or corporation in control of a building.
