1303.12 LETTER "L".

(a) "Lot" means a plot or parcel of land considered as a unit, devoted to a certain use or occupied by a building or a group of buildings that are united by a common interest and use, and the customary accessories and open spaces belonging to the same.

(b) "Lot line" means a line dividing one lot from another, or from a street or any public space.
