   1303.04 LETTER "D".
   (a)    "Dwelling" means a building or portion thereof occupied or intended to be occupied exclusively for residence purposes only.
   (b)    "Dwelling unit" means one or more rooms providing complete living facilities for one family, including equipment for cooking or the provisions for the same, and including room or rooms for living, sleeping and eating.
