1301.07 OTHER LAWS TO APPLY WHEN MORE RESTRICTIVE.

The minimum requirement of any statute or rule provided for in Section 1301.02 or of the Planning and Zoning Code or any other ordinance of the City shall apply when, in the opinion of the Building Official, such minimum requirement is the most restrictive.
