1301.02 RELATION TO OTHER LAWS; INCORPORATION OF STATE AND CABO BUILDING CODES.

   Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to nullify any of the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code as it relates to the subject matter herein contained or to the rules of the Department of Industrial Relations, the State Fire Marshal, the Board of Building Standards, the Board of Health, the State Plumbing Inspector, the Department of Public Welfare or any other department of the State of Ohio having jurisdiction. Provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code as adopted by the Board of Building Standards in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, more particularly set forth in the Ohio Basic Building Code and provisions of the CABO Building Code as prepared by the Council of American Building Officials, are made a part hereof except where the Building Code of Cuyahoga Falls is more restrictive in which case provisions of the Building Code of Cuyahoga Falls shall govern. The CABO Building Code shall apply to town (row) houses and one, two and three family dwellings and the Ohio Basic Building Code shall apply to all other buildings.
