901.02 APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PLAN REQUIRED.

   No permit as required by Section 901.01 shall be issued for any gas lines, telephone, telegraph or electric lines or conduits for the same or sewer or water service until a plan and profile showing the location of the proposed improvement is approved in writing by the City Engineer.
