770.30 FIRE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)    Access ways to all storage tanks for fire equipment shall be no less than ten feet wide and a paved or graveled entry capable of supporting a minimum of fourteen tons in clement and inclement weather and extend from the public highway to and beyond the storage tank with an approved turn around for fire engine egress.
   (b)    All gates, valves, hatches and entryways are to be padlocked.
   (c)    Emergency telephone numbers are to be posted on the fencing and be legibly maintained.
   (d)    The Fire Prevention Office or the Chief of the Fire Department shall be notified of any permit application. There shall be a physical on-site inspection by the Fire Department.
   (e)    Subsections (a), (b) and (c) hereof, Section 770.25 and Section 770.23 (a) and (c) shall encompass all existing and future installations and shall be completed ninety days after setting of tanks or passage of this section.
