770.18 MAINTENANCE OF WELL SITE; INGRESS AND EGRESS; LANDSCAPING.
   The applicant shall install at least a forty foot long culvert, the diameter, thickness and material to be approved by the City Engineer, at each entrance or exit, to provide for an entrance at road edge to prevent berm, ditch and roadway destruction. Further a paved or gravel entry path of not less than 100 feet as approved by the City Engineer shall be laid to reduce the amount of mud being carried to the right of way.
   The well site shall be landscaped with grass, shrubs, gravel or concrete walks, drives and work areas, trees, fencing, etc. as determined and approved by the Service Director. All fences, structures, tanks, exposed piping, etc. shall be painted in colors approved by the Service Director. Lighting of the site shall be as determined and approved by the Service Director.
   The well site shall be maintained in a manner as approved in final form at the time of the releasing of the performance bond and that the penalty indicated in Section 770.99 be imposed if the property is not adequately maintained.
