770.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed six months or fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or both. Each day's violation of any provision shall constitute a separate offense. The Law Director is further authorized to seek injunctive relief to prevent or halt any violation of any provision of this chapter.
