753.05 ROUTING OF LICENSEE.

   Any person who has obtained a license under the provisions of Sections 753.01 through 753.03 and who desires to move any part of such show or exhibition or the property thereof over any portion or portions of a paved street of the City or over any cement crosswalks therein, shall first apply to the Mayor for permission to do so. The Mayor shall designate in writing the route over which such shall be taken and specify the methods to be employed by such person to prevent injury to the pavements, crosswalks and route during the use thereof.
